『停滯期是什麼呢?』 

我想大家都知道停滯期,所以兔兔就不解釋了,非常痛苦的一段時期
造成停滯期的最大原因是"體內平衡效果"
                                                                               
那為什麼會發生"體內平衡效果"呢?
                                                                               
1.發生體內平衡效果的理由:

就是你的身體在保護你,因為身體在懷疑,你是否長時間缺乏營養?                                                                                
簡單來說就是身體的危機管理系統
                                                                                                                                                              
                                                                                
  一個月內所減的體重要是超過體重的 5 % 的話

體內平衡效果就會發揮最大的功用
所以其實這個體內平衡效果要發動他是很簡單的
                                                                               
  因此從這個理論上來說
                                                                               
  最正確的減肥方法是一個內不要減超過體重的 5 % 為原則                                                                              
  體內平衡效果就不會有那麼明顯的效果出現                                                                              
  這同時也是迴避停滯期的最好方法了
                                                                               
2.體內平衡效果帶來的現象
                                                                                
  
                                                                                
  現象就是身體消費的熱量減少
                                                                               
  吸收的營養不夠的時候                                                                             
  體內的熱量消費(新陳代謝)會變低

身體因應熱量取得不足  所以降低新陳代謝 
降低免疫系統等機制的活絡,維持生命機能之所需

                                                                                
  這個時候就算你做了很多運動                                                                              
  消費的熱量也跟以前是一樣的                                                                             
  也就是說你的運動其實都是沒有效,做白工的意思
                                                                               
3.該如何對應停滯期
                                                                               
  因為是身體的危機管理系統所以一旦體內平衡效果發生了                                                                             
  你怎麼運動或是怎麼減少攝取的熱量                                                                              
  攝取熱量跟消費熱量也是會保持平衡狀態
                                                                               
  造成的結果就是體重完全不會改                                                                              
  這就是所謂的停滯期                                                                              
  看到這裡也許有人會想「那這樣不就永遠沒辦法減肥?」
                                                                               
  其實也不                                                                               
  身體是一個非常特別的東西                                                                            
  消費熱量跟攝取熱量保持在平衡的狀態大概一個月左右
                                                       
身體就會去解除這個體內平衡效果                                                                                
也就是說身體認知到目前這個狀態並不會有生命危險
                                                                               
  所以不需要啟動危機管理系統的意思                                                                                
  只要能撐過這個停滯期
                                                                               
  到下一次發生停滯期為止的這段期間                                                                              
  體重就會如你所願的下降
                                                                               
  停滯期會發生在"消費熱量 >>> 攝取熱量"的情況下發生                                                                              
  尤其是消費熱量"大量的"少於攝取熱量的時候會更快發生
                                                                               
  所以換一個角度來看其實停滯期發生的時候                                                                               
  也是"正確的減肥"的最好的証明
                                                         

碰到停滯期該怎麼辦?
                                                                                                                                                               
  "會發生停滯期是因為減肥是正確的,減肥會成功",有這樣的想法是最重要的,不要放棄!!!
                                                                               
4.對付停滯期的方法
                                                                                
                                                                                  
 A. 一個月的減重量不要超過體重的 5 % 
                                                                                                                                                    
 B. 體內平衡效果發生的時候,盡量不要想去減少體重,維持體重                                            
 
C.下次減重的時候,再減體重的5%   

D.多攝取對減肥的營養素,如維生素B群、維他命C          
                                                                  

E.千萬不要停止減肥 !!                    
                                                          
當你一遇到停滯期就灰心放棄,很容易攝取過多的營養與熱量,加上運動量消失,很容易復胖
                                                                                
  時間一到就會離開停滯期了                                                                              
  而那之後體重也一定會慢慢的減少
                                                                                
 人體是一種恆定裝置,所以不可能體重會一直掉下去
只要你度過一次,以後之後一定會比較輕鬆
